1- Animal products like: Butter, Milk, Meat, Some oilfish, egg yalk.
2- Plant products like chocolate, coco butter, nuts coconut, Palm, Paln kernal oil hydrogeneted cooking oils, baked fried products like doughnuts, cookies, crackers pies etc.
3- Preserved meat (Sausage Salami, bacon, ham, Chinese style salted fish)
Red Meat: beef, pork, lamb
